Job Title: SDET (Java, Selenium, Cucumber)
Siritech Solutions Corp is seeking a skilled SDET with expertise in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber for an onsite role in Austin, TX. This is a long-term opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to our cutting-edge IT consulting services.
Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test suites. You will work closely with development teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of BDD principles and hands-on experience with modern automation tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
- Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices and frameworks.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Identify, analyze, and report defects with detailed steps to reproduce.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Ensure test coverage meets project requirements and quality standards.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in test automation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in automation development using Java and Selenium.
- Strong experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
- Proficiency in Java (JDK 17).
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with:
- Selenium 4.x
- Maven build management
- Git version control
- Experience running automated tests via CI/CD pipelines.
