Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SDET Lead / Test Automation / QA Automation Lead with a strong background in AI/ML and GenAI to join our team. This is a critical role requiring a blend of deep technical expertise in quality engineering, automation frameworks, and cutting-edge AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and implementing robust test strategies for complex systems, with a specific focus on AI/ML and Generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and SDETs in the design, development, and execution of automated test cases.
  • Architect and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML and GenAI features, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performing automation frameworks using Python.
  • Hands-on development of AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, focusing on knowledge management with vector databases, embeddings, and graph technologies.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering, including prompt optimization and fine-tuning techniques for GenAI models.
  • Familiarity with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and agent-based architectures for AI applications.
  • Ensure strong grounding in software quality engineering concepts and best practices.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Utilize containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS) for deployment and testing.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and data scientists to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, focusing on performance optimization and solutioning.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and test automation technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Quality Engineering Experience: 8-10 years overall, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in AI/ML and GenAI.
  • Programming Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with Fast API, Flask, async programming, and RESTful APIs.
  • AI/ML Expertise: Proven experience in AI/ML pipelines, data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • GenAI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as Lang Chain, LlamaIndex, Lang Graph, Neo4j, Bedrock, etc.
  • RAG Implementation: Hands-on experience implementing RAG pipelines, including knowledge management with vector databases, embeddings, and graphs.
  • Prompt Engineering: Working knowledge of prompt engineering, optimization, and fine-tuning.
  • Graph Databases/Agents: Familiarity with Graph databases (Neo4j) or agent-based architectures.
  • Software Architecture: Ability to architect and code in Python for scalable, reusable, and high-performing systems.
  • Quality Engineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of software quality engineering concepts and automation frameworks.
  • DevOps Practices: Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud (AWS) deployment.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and solutioning skills.

  • Employment Type: Onsite, Final round F2F interview required.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Alpharetta, GA
