Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SDET Test Lead with a strong background in Healthcare domain and a passion for automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely delivery of QA deliverables, coordinating with business SMEs and cross-domain QE teams to understand business needs and ensure testing readiness. This role involves supporting the entire testing lifecycle, including functional, integrated, regression, and end-to-end testing, with a strong emphasis on an automation-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely delivery of QA deliverables.
- Coordinate with Business SME to understand all aspects of business needs in various Medicare domains.
- Coordinate with cross domain QE team on the capability test plans, scope for release, dependencies and timelines.
- Work with Test data and Test environment teams on all technical aspects of deployment for INT environment readiness for testing.
- Support team in whole testing lifecycle to ensure testing is completed on time, with all test artifacts reviewed and shared with all stakeholders.
- Support various phases of testing functional, integrated, regression and end to end.
- Test case management and reporting for execution and timelines.
- Participate in defect management process to identify and document defects, issues, risks and dependencies.
- Work with Integrated Solution test leads for end-to-end test strategy, execution and timelines.
- Actively collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness.
- Participate proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives and suggest improvements.
- Drive automation first approach for all INT testing in collaboration with INT Automation Quality Engineers.
Must Have Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of Medicare experience.
- 8 + years of experience in technology Quality Engineering.
- Strong experience with UI and Mobile OS (iOS/Android) testing.
- Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or REST Assured.
- Experience with using AWS services like S3, Lambda, DynamoDb etc.
- Strong experience with UI and database testing.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases.
- 1+ years of experience with Python.
- Broad knowledge of automated testing and modelling tools.
- Demonstrated experience with tools such as Office 365 suite, Jira, QTest or similar test and project management tools.
- Experience of SDLC processes, agile methodology and QE practices. Agile certification is preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
