Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Lead to drive organic growth and enhance online visibility for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, content strategy, and link building. This role requires a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving qualified traffic, with a preference for experience in the Health and Life Sciences product sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including site audits, Core Web Vitals optimization, and schema markup.
- Manage and optimize content for search engines, ensuring alignment with target keywords and user intent.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance website authority and credibility.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all digital initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage enterprise CMS platforms, with a preference for Crownpeak experience.
- Maintain high SEO health scores across multiple websites.
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on SEO execution experience.
- Strong proven expertise in Product SEO/GEO, with a preference for Health and Life Sciences Products.
- Strong experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Crownpeak preferred).
- Proven track record maintaining high SEO health scores across multiple websites.
- Deep understanding of Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
