Job Role: Security Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Security Architect with over 8 years of dedicated experience in Information Security, Security Architecture, and IT Security Assessments. This role requires a strong background in conducting comprehensive security architecture reviews and risk assessments across diverse applications and infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fundamental application security principles, including authentication, authorization, session management, and input validation. A solid grasp of network security architecture, protocols, and industry best practices is essential. Furthermore, hands-on experience with cloud security architecture and implementing security controls within modern cloud environments is a key requirement. The role involves reviewing technical designs, architecture diagrams, and system documentation to identify potential security implications. A strong understanding of secure data storage, encryption, and secure data transmission practices is also expected. The candidate should be adept at identifying security vulnerabilities and recommending effective remediation strategies aligned with industry standards. Experience working with secure development practices and modern SDLC processes is crucial. Knowledge of penetration testing results analysis and application vulnerability remediation will be advantageous. The ability to perform thorough security risk analysis and prioritize findings based on business impact is critical. Experience participating in technology risk governance and operational risk forums is also desired. A strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns across applications, platforms, and cloud environments is necessary. Experience supporting deployment automation and modern DevOps/DevSecOps platforms is a plus. The role demands strong collaboration experience with global technology teams, stakeholders, and business units, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments.
- Ensure deep understanding of application security principles.
