Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Java / Actimize Developers with a strong background in NICE Actimize (Act One) to support and enhance financial crime and case management systems. This is a COTS-based role with a mix of production support, configuration, and development.
Work Allocation
- 50% Production Support (BAU)
- 30% Configuration (Actimize tools)
- 20% Development (Java/customizations)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Actimize-based applications (BAU activities)
- Configure and enhance systems using Act One Designer / Visual Modeler
- Develop and customize features using Java
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL (Oracle)
- Work within AWS cloud infrastructure
- Automate processes using Python / PowerShell scripting
- Monitor system processes, controls, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a financial crime domain
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- NICE Actimize Suite (Strong experience with Act One Risk Case Manager)
- 6+ years of Actimize experience (preferred)
- Strong Java development experience (customizations & enhancements)
- Experience with SQL (Oracle) for troubleshooting & reporting
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud
- Scripting knowledge: Python / PowerShell
Preferred / Standout Skills
- Experience with STAR Module (NICE Actimize)
- Hands-on with Act One Designer / Visual Modeler
- Familiarity with Jenkins / CI-CD pipelines
- Experience working in Linux & Windows environments
- Background in Financial Crime / AML domain (FinCEN reporting)
Additional Notes
- Strong Act One expertise is mandatory
- Candidates transitioning from Java to Actimize (23 years) are acceptable if highly proficient
- Role focuses more on support & configuration than pure development
Team & Environment
- Join a core team of 5 developers (within a 12-member department)
- Work on a production system handling financial crime case management
- Exposure to enterprise-level cloud and AML systems

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
