Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Agentic Data Architect with a strong background in Neo4j for a 12-month contract role at our end client, Morgan Stanley. This position requires a hybrid work model with 3 days a week onsite in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Neo4j, Hybrid RAG with GraphRAG, semantic search in a call center environment, and agentic application development using LangGraph.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design solutions leveraging Neo4j for complex data challenges.
- Implement Hybrid RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with GraphRAG capabilities.
- Develop and optimize semantic search functionalities, particularly within a call center context.
- Utilize LangGraph for agentic application development, focusing on reasoning and signal-based activation.
- Develop and integrate NLQ (Natural Language Query) engines.
- Implement and manage memory management strategies (short, medium, and long term) using Redis/Cache.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture and strategy.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of data solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Senior architect level experience.
- Deep and extensive Neo4j background.
- Proven experience with Hybrid RAG and GraphRAG.
- Strong experience in semantic search, ideally within a call center environment.
- Experience with LangGraph for agentic application development.
- Understanding of agentic systems with reasoning and signal-based activation.
- Experience in NLQ engine development.
- Proficiency in Redis/Cache and implementing memory management solutions (short, medium, and long term).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information:
- Locals to the Alpharetta, GA area are preferred.
- In-person interviews will be conducted.
- This is a C2C or C2H role.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
