Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have deep Python expertise, strong NLP knowledge, and hands-on experience integrating AI models into scalable, production-grade cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks
- Develop and optimize Prompt Engineering strategies for LLM-based systems
- Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Integrate LLMs via APIs (Azure OpenAI preferred) into enterprise applications
- Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows with tool/function calling
- Implement vector search solutions using Vector Databases
- Ensure CI/CD integration and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)
- Establish observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI features
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in Python
- Strong experience with LLM integration and RAG architectures
- Hands-on experience with Prompt/Context Engineering
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts and transformer-based models
- Experience with Vector DBs and/or MongoDB
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
