Job Summary:
Smart IT Frame is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in deploying and operationalizing Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise within large organizations. This is a critical implementation role, not an advisory or design position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment, integration, and administration of these AI platforms, ensuring robust security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and operationalize Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise in large enterprise environments.
- Configure and integrate Okta SSO and SCIM provisioning for enterprise AI platforms.
- Implement CyberArk for privileged access and secrets management.
- Set up Splunk for log ingestion and audit log monitoring related to AI platform activities.
- Develop and manage API and connector integrations between AI platforms and existing enterprise systems.
- Oversee the entire platform deployment lifecycle, from initial setup to production rollout, user onboarding, and ongoing administration.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI, BAA, SOC2/HITRUST standards for AI tooling.
- Provide direct, hands-on administration, troubleshooting, and security integration for AI platforms.
- Support enterprise-scale Claude and ChatGPT deployments with integrated security controls and compliance alignment.
- Report to and collaborate with IT leadership and security teams.
Required Hands-On Experience:
- Proven, direct implementation experience with Claude Enterprise and/or ChatGPT Enterprise.
- Experience with Okta SSO configuration and SCIM provisioning.
- Experience with CyberArk for secrets management.
- Experience with Splunk log ingestion and monitoring.
- Experience integrating AI platforms with enterprise systems via APIs and connectors.
- Experience in end-to-end platform deployment and administration.
- Experience implementing compliance requirements (HIPAA/PHI, BAA, SOC2/HITRUST) for AI tools.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in the Healthcare/Payer industry.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS rollouts.
- Familiarity with TPRM workflows.
- Experience with LLM platform operations at scale.
