Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AWS Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Plano, Texas. This is a high-impact role focused on building and modernizing cloud-native applications within a robust AWS ecosystem. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions that leverage the full power of Amazon Web Services. This position requires a deep understanding of serverless architectures, data orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and implement serverless applications using AWS Lambda, SQS, and CloudWatch to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Develop complex data integration and transformation workflows using AWS Glue and Lake Formation.
- Manage and optimize relational databases, specifically AWS Aurora and MySQL, while utilizing Athena for serverless query execution.
- Lead cloud modernization efforts, including migrating legacy workloads from EC2 to containerized environments using Docker.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using AWS CDK and CloudFormation, adhering to best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business problems into sophisticated cloud solutions.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and reliable software delivery.

Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
