Job Summary:
This role is accountable for leading operational management of complex cloud environments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring service excellence on Azure IaaS, Azure Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation platforms. The individual provides expert guidance in cloud architecture, operationalizes automation strategies, and champions process innovation to meet and exceed client SLAs while empowering technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and optimize Azure IaaS and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments using advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Azure Resource Manager, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing operations.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies for provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining cloud resources with Terraform and Azure DevOps, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
- Oversee incident management and root cause analysis within Azure and Kubernetes platforms, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to client operations.
