Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior BizTalk Operations Support Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft BizTalk Server to support and maintain mission-critical integration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production support, incident management, and ensuring system stability and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead production support and monitoring of BizTalk Server applications.
  • Analyze and resolve complex production incidents and integration issues.
  • Monitor and manage receive locations, send ports, orchestrations, and host instances.
  • Troubleshoot message failures, suspended instances, and performance issues.
  • Perform message resubmissions and configuration updates.
  • Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and support documentation.
  • Provide on-call support and act as escalation point when needed.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in BizTalk Server operations or middleware support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2013, 2016, 2020).
  • Solid understanding of XML, schemas, and integration concepts.
  • Experience with BizTalk adapters such as FILE, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SQL, and SFTP.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across BizTalk, Windows Server, and SQL Server.
  • Experience supporting high-availability production systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to MuleSoft or AWS.
  • Experience with EDI integrations.
  • Knowledge of Power or automation scripting.
  • Experience mentoring or leading support teams.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $70 per year

Location: Eden Prairie, MN
