Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production support and monitoring of Microsoft BizTalk Server applications.
- Monitor and manage Receive Locations, Send Ports, Orchestrations, and Host Instances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve message failures, suspended instances, and performance issues.
- Perform message resubmission and configuration changes with minimal impact.
- Coordinate deployments, application upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, DB, and vendor teams.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, ITIL, and best operational practices.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and production support documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- XML, schemas, and integration concepts.
- BizTalk adapters such as FILE, FTP, HTTP/S, SQL, SFTP.
- Experience in supporting high availability, mission-critical production systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across BizTalk, Windows Server, and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to MuleSoft/AWS.
- Experience with EDI integrations.
- PowerShell or automation scripting knowledge.
- Experience mentoring or leading support teams.
