Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong SAP expertise and a deep understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing domain to join a critical digital transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a candidate who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs, manufacturing operations, and IT systems, driving process optimization and modernization.
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in defining and implementing solutions that enhance our manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure the successful delivery of SAP-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain & Business Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering. Possess a strong understanding of Wafer Fabrication (Fab), Assembly, Test & Packaging, and Yield & Quality Analysis.
- SAP & Systems: Utilize hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP MM (Materials Management). Demonstrate integration experience with MES and other manufacturing systems.
- Requirements Management: Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), use cases, and process flows. Perform impact analysis and ensure requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing & Delivery: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and defect resolution. Collaborate closely with business users during the implementation phase to ensure successful adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors. Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews to ensure alignment and drive consensus.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor manufacturing domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP and SAP MM modules.
- Experience with MES and other manufacturing execution systems.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (2-3 days onsite).
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
