About the Role:
Tekinspirations LLC is urgently seeking two highly experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a critical project. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience and a strong professional presence, evidenced by a robust LinkedIn profile. The ideal candidate will possess recent and significant experience working on State Government projects, making them well-suited to navigate the complexities of government IT modernization initiatives. This is a remote position, but candidates must be local to Baton Rouge, LA, and available for interviews via Skype.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies, including user story creation and backlog management.
- Leverage extensive experience in Government IT modernization projects to drive successful outcomes.
- Document legacy systems thoroughly, ensuring a clear understanding of existing infrastructure.
- Contribute to Quality Assurance (QA) testing processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
- Utilize Figma for design and prototyping tasks as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and use cases.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- A strong LinkedIn profile is mandatory.
- Recent and demonstrable experience with State Government projects is essential.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), user story mapping, and backlog management.
- Proven experience in Government IT modernization projects.
- Experience in documenting legacy systems.
- Familiarity with QA testing processes and documentation.
- Experience with Figma.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) certification is highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year
