Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst specializing in DocuSign CLM will lead the digital transformation of contract management processes. This remote role is essential for aligning legal requirements with technical execution. In the 2026 corporate landscape, efficient Contract Lifecycle Management is a competitive advantage, and this role sits at the center of that efficiency, partnering with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT teams to streamline governance and ensure scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate intensive requirement gathering sessions with Legal, Procurement, and Sales teams to map out complex contract workflows and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure DocuSign CLM features including automated clause libraries, conditional routing, and advanced metadata tagging to optimize the authoring process.
- Oversee the integration of CLM tools with Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems to ensure a ‘single source of truth’ for contract data.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, ensuring that all functional specifications meet the rigorous standards of compliance and legal departments.
- Analyze CLM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks in the contract lifecycle and propose data-driven optimizations to reduce cycle times.
- Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training modules to drive user adoption across global enterprise teams.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things related to DocuSign CLM, providing guidance on best practices and emerging features.
- Manage version control, audit trails, and obligation management to ensure the organization remains audit-ready and compliant with regulations like SOX and GDPR.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in Business Analysis or CLM Analysis. Mandatory hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM is required. Preferred candidates will hold a DocuSign CLM certification and have experience with Salesforce integrations. Familiarity with legal standards such as NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs is highly beneficial.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position requiring strong self-management and communication skills. The analyst will work within both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, necessitating flexibility and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $83,200 – $95,000 per year
