Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with over 12 years of experience to join our financial services team in Pennington, NJ. This hybrid role focuses on the analysis and mapping of Over-the-Counter (OTC) products and the implementation of sophisticated technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial derivatives and the ability to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze and map OTC financial products, including derivatives, swaps, FX, commodities, and equities, to ensure comprehensive system coverage.
- Lead technology implementation projects, managing the on-boarding process for new financial solutions.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders in compliance, legal, operations, and technology.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Participate in system design sessions and formulate comprehensive testing approaches.
- Develop detailed test plans and cases, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure regulatory compliance and functional accuracy.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support for strategic company initiatives and large-scale financial projects.
- Ensure all system deployments meet the rigorous standards of the financial services industry.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector.
- Strong domain expertise in OTC products, including Swaps, FX, and Equities.
- Proven experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and UAT processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate across legal and technical departments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Pennington, NJ.

Visa Eligibility: H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, E3; Green Card holders not eligible; Hybrid work mode in Pennington, NJ.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
