Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Trade Finance and Trade Promotions Management (TPM) to join an enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation project. This role is crucial for driving process optimization and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams within the CPG domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance/CPG, SAP TPM, and related financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Lead the analysis of Trade Finance and Trade Promotions Management (TPM) processes.
- Work extensively with SAP TPM (Retail) and TELUS (Blacksmith) systems.
- Manage and optimize Cash Application workflows, potentially using HighRadius.
- Gather detailed business requirements and drive the solution design for SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives.
- Support the overall SAP S/4HANA implementation, focusing on CPG domain-specific needs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to achieve process improvements.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Finance and/or CPG industries.
- Deep expertise in Trade Finance and Trade Promotions Management (TPM) is essential.
- Hands-on experience with SAP TPM and SAP S/4HANA is required.
- Experience with TELUS Blacksmith (specifically for Food Service) is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Cash Application processes and tools like HighRadius.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
