Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst / Compliance Technology Lead to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring our systems meet compliance standards, particularly CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating compliance requirements into technical solutions and managing the implementation of these solutions.
This position requires a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week spent working from the office. The candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of compliance frameworks and their application in technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and design of business systems to ensure compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171 standards.
- Translate compliance requirements into actionable technical specifications and project plans.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of compliance-related technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to compliance audits and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures.
- Assess and manage risks associated with system security and data handling (FCI/CUI).
- Provide expertise on control-to-technology translation.
- Support audits and documentation processes.
Knockout Criteria (Do not submit candidates who):
- Only support audits/documentation without direct technical implementation experience.
- Lack direct CMMC Level 2 or NIST 800-171 experience.
- Have no control-to-technology translation experience.
- Cannot explain FCI/CUI handling.
- Have only single-system or small-environment exposure.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience with CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171 compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability in control-to-technology translation.
- Strong understanding of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling.
- Experience with system audits and documentation.
- Experience in managing compliance within technology environments, preferably with exposure to multiple systems or larger environments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
