Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior C#/.NET Developer/Architect with a strong background in Capital Markets to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of designing and implementing robust solutions using C#/.NET technologies, along with experience in C++ and RDBMS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the financial services industry, specifically within Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and high-performance software solutions using C#/.NET (WCF, WPF).
- Develop and maintain applications using C++ and RDBMS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
- Work with Capital Markets specific platforms and technologies.
- Potentially contribute to Java and Springboot development as needed.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET, including WCF and WPF.
- Proficiency in C++ and RDBMS.
- Significant experience within the Capital Markets domain.
- Experience in designing solutions.
- Familiarity with Java and Springboot is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
