Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior C#/.NET Developer/Architect with a strong background in Capital Markets to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of designing and implementing robust solutions using C#/.NET technologies, along with experience in C++ and RDBMS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the financial services industry, specifically within Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable and high-performance software solutions using C#/.NET (WCF, WPF).
  • Develop and maintain applications using C++ and RDBMS.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
  • Work with Capital Markets specific platforms and technologies.
  • Potentially contribute to Java and Springboot development as needed.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in C#/.NET, including WCF and WPF.
  • Proficiency in C++ and RDBMS.
  • Significant experience within the Capital Markets domain.
  • Experience in designing solutions.
  • Familiarity with Java and Springboot is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
