Job Description: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with extensive, hands-on experience in KVM virtualization. This role is critical for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in KVM, Linux systems, Kubernetes, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Key Skill Sets Required:
- KVM Stack: QEMU, Libvirt, Cloud Hypervisor
- Operating Systems: Garden Linux (image customization, OS hardening), Linux (Debian-based systems, kernel-level understanding)
- Container Orchestration: Kubernetes (preferably Gardener Seed/Shoot clusters)
- Infrastructure Management: Troubleshooting, performance tuning, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Automation & Scripting: Golang, Python, or Bash
Important Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with demonstrable, hands-on experience with KVM and related virtualization technologies. Resumes lacking this specific expertise will not be considered.
