Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Modeler to design and optimize enterprise-level data models supporting complex financial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and modern data modeling techniques, along with experience in financial/banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for large-scale platforms
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data structures
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics/reporting
- Build and manage data solutions within Snowflake
- Implement JSON-based and semi-structured data modeling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Data Modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SQL & Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with JSON & semi-structured data
- Knowledge of ETL tools & data integration processes
- Experience in financial services or banking domain
Nice to Have
- Mortgage / housing finance domain experience
- Data governance & data quality frameworks knowledge
- Exposure to other cloud platforms
- Consulting/client-facing experience
