- Establish and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab CI and Harness, ensuring a seamless transition from code commit to production deployment.
- Integrate critical connectivity between GitLab CI, Nexus Repository, and Harness CD to create a unified and automated delivery ecosystem.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance infrastructure performance, implement robust security protocols, and ensure horizontal scalability.
- Proactively monitor infrastructure and application health using modern observability tools, troubleshooting complex performance bottlenecks and resolving incidents with minimal downtime.
- Participate in a strategic on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 system reliability and address critical production issues as they arise.
Technical Requirements and Experience

- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Terraform for implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) following industry best practices and modular design patterns.
- Proven experience managing big data technologies, specifically Databricks and Hadoop, within a hybrid cloud context.
- Advanced proficiency with GitLab CI for continuous integration and Harness for sophisticated deployment automation.
- Strong familiarity with artifact management tools like Nexus Repository and version control systems using Git.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive operational tasks and enhance system efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating in hybrid cloud environments that require seamless integration between on-premise data centers and Azure public cloud.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, integrating security scanning and compliance checks directly into the CI/CD lifecycle.
