Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of modern programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms, and cutting-edge AI technologies including GenAI, LLM Models, and Vector Databases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing scalable, robust software solutions and a passion for leveraging AI to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions, encompassing front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
- Design, implement, and deploy AI-powered features using GenAI, LLM Models, MCP, Vector DB, RAG, and Vertex AI.
- Create and manage AI agents using frameworks like NGA, ADK, or LangChain/LangGraph.
- Work with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, utilizing technologies like OpenStack, Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Implement and manage LLM observability, analytics, evaluations, testing, and annotation using tools like LangSmith, LangFuse, Streamlit, or Arize.
- Develop and optimize AI/ML models and solutions.
- Design and implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Utilize containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Nexus, JFrog, or Sonar.
- Write comprehensive unit and function tests using frameworks like Junit, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, Robot, Cucumber, SoapUI, or Postman.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, Next JS, Node.js, React JS.
- Strong working experience with GenAI, LLM Models, MCP, Vector DB, RAG, Vertex AI, and AI agent frameworks (NGA, ADK, LangChain/LangGraph).
- Strong experience with Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and cloud technologies (OpenStack, Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
- Experience with LLM observability, analytics, evaluations, testing, and annotation tools (LangSmith, LangFuse, Streamlit, Arize).
- Strong experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong experience with Databases (Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding and working experience of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Nexus, JFrog, Sonar).
- Strong experience in Unit and Function testing (Junit, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, Robot, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and technical leadership.

- Google CCAI platform (DialogFlow), Vertex AI, Graph QL, BigQuery, Conversation Graph, LLM as Judge.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
