  • Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous testing, automated CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive peer reviews.
  • Lead architectural review sessions and contribute to the company-wide technical roadmap.

Required Technical Expertise

  • Over 15 years of professional experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on enterprise-grade systems.
  • Deep expertise in Java for backend services, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in React for building dynamic, responsive, and accessible user interfaces, including experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of database management, including both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) systems, with experience in database sharding and replication.
  • Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an enterprise environment, from requirements gathering to production support.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native development, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making at all levels.
