About the Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Lead Developer at Purview Infotech, you will be instrumental in overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from the frontend user interface to the backend infrastructure. This leadership role requires a deep and comprehensive understanding of both client-side and server-side technologies, with a specific emphasis on the .NET ecosystem, modern JavaScript frameworks, and robust database systems. You will be responsible for guiding a team of talented developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team culture, and establishing best practices that ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers with diverse skill sets, fostering a positive team culture and establishing best practices for software development.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and contribute to the strategic project roadmaps within an agile development framework.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, efficient, and secure full-stack applications that meet business objectives.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks, with a preference for Angular.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 5+ to support application functionality.
- Design and implement efficient and scalable database solutions using SQL Databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to secure coding practices and established coding standards.
- Optimize applications and databases for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development to drive innovation.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployments and maintain high code quality throughout the development process.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire application stack, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ API development.
- At least 3 years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience with ORM frameworks, with a preference for Entity Framework Core.
- A solid understanding of frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel, as well as package managers.
- Expertise in RESTful API design principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth and JWT.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and their associated services.
- Proficiency with version control systems, with a strong preference for Git.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor junior developers effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
- Knowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
- A good understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns.
Special Requirements
Locals preferred. Remote-first distributed team experience preferred. Knowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities (OWASP) is a plus. Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus. Experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit is a plus. Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns is a plus.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
