Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Tech Lead to join our team for an onsite contract position in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in full-stack software development with a strong background in tech leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks, alongside expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack development efforts, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain efficient front-end applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and other DevOps tools to ensure smooth and automated deployments.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to manage cloud resources effectively.
- Work with databases, including SQL and NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and management of applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Technical Skills Required:
- Core Java Experience: 8-10 years
- Full Stack Development: Proven experience in both front-end and back-end development.
- Back-end Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, API Management & Microservices.
- Front-end Technologies: Strong proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like GitLab.
- Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform.
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- API Design: Experience in design and implementation of Restful API and microservices.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be local to Raleigh, NC.

- Contract duration: 6 months.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
