Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior GenAI & Agent Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI and agent-based solutions. You will work on complex problems, leveraging your expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, and distributed systems to build scalable and robust applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Generative AI and agent-based solutions.
- Utilize LLMs and frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain to build intelligent applications.
- Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML systems and microservices using Python.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps practices for AI models.
- Design and implement agent-based systems and orchestration mechanisms.
- Develop monitoring and observability solutions for GenAI applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices in AI development, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI/ML practice.
Required Skills
- 7 to 15 years of experience in AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience building scalable AI/ML systems and microservices.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, containerization, and MLOps.
- Experience with agent-based systems and orchestration.
- Experience with monitoring and observability of GenAI solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud or distributed architectures.
- Agile and DevOps experience.

Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year
