Teamware Solutions is currently hiring for multiple high-level senior consulting positions across the United States. We are looking for seasoned professionals with over 12 years of experience to lead complex digital transformations and platform modernizations. These roles are critical for our clients in the insurance, finance, and technology sectors, requiring deep domain expertise and technical leadership.
Open Positions & Specific Requirements
- Guidewire Configuration Tech Lead (San Antonio, TX): Requires ACE Certification in Guidewire. Must have extensive experience in PolicyCenter Configuration and Integration, specifically with SaaS and migration projects. Domain expertise in Digital Integration is essential.
- Solution Architect (Kansas City, MO): Focused on Data Migration and Platform Modernization. Must have deep experience in Data Architecture and Modeling with Eagle PACE. Technical proficiency in Java, TIBCO, and AWS is required.
- Lead SAP SD Functional Consultant (Sunnyvale, CA): This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite. Expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) is mandatory, along with integration experience in MM, FI, and APIs. Candidates must have a strong understanding of ABAP for technical collaboration.
General Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams through complex implementation and migration lifecycles.
- Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.
- Drive performance optimization and platform stability across diverse technology stacks.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the firm.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates who possess a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in their respective domains. For the Texas-based roles, we are specifically looking for local candidates. These roles demand a high level of technical maturity, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 per year (Estimated)
