Role Overview
USA Softech Inc. is seeking a highly distinguished Senior Java Lead Architect for a high-impact role based in Atlanta, GA, or California. This position is designed for a technical visionary with over 12 years of professional experience in the software engineering domain. As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical strategy, from initial full-stack architecture design to the deployment of highly scalable, cloud-native microservices. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust full-stack architectures that support high-concurrency and low-latency requirements.
- Lead the transition and optimization of legacy systems into modern microservices-based environments using Spring Boot and advanced containerization.
- Oversee API governance and security protocols, ensuring all interfaces meet stringent enterprise-level security standards.
- Drive performance optimization initiatives, identifying bottlenecks in SQL and NoSQL database layers and implementing caching strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into core business applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Mentor senior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple project workstreams.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies in the cloud-native space to maintain a competitive edge.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Java-based software development and architecture.
- Expert-level knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies, specifically Angular or React, for building responsive enterprise dashboards.
- Deep understanding of both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database design and optimization.
- Proven track record in designing for scalability and high availability in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with AI/ML model integration and cloud-native architectural patterns.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $245,000 per year (Estimated)
