About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Lead .NET Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in full-stack development, demonstrate a collaborative spirit by working effectively with cross-functional teams, and be committed to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Coppell, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM environments, including leading ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework (4.5+), and .NET 5+.
- Expertise in T-SQL, REST APIs, and Entity Framework.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and npm tools.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, version control systems (e.g., Git), and testing tools.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Azure cloud development is preferred.
- Experience in the mortgage origination domain.
