About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mendix Developer to join our team for a remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using the Mendix platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Mendix.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Mendix versions to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Mendix.
- Working knowledge in Java.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Web and mobile application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
