About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leading the design, development, and deployment of robust Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and coding standards. You will act as a senior developer for Dynamics 365, contributing significantly to at least two end-to-end implementation projects. Your expertise will be vital in handling external integrations, including those with Exchange (Outlook, Teams), and leveraging advanced features like security models, PCF development, and complex plugins and actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Adhere to best practices and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Serve as a senior developer for Dynamics 365, with hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Manage and implement external integrations, such as Exchange (Outlook, Teams).
- Develop and implement complex plugins, actions, and PCF controls.
- Configure and manage security models within Dynamics CRM.
- Build and deploy model-driven apps and Canvas apps to meet business needs.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks to project stakeholders.
- Work independently to understand and address business requirements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics CRM configurations and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in at least two end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and modules.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for CRM development.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas).
- Hands-on experience with PCF development, plugins, and custom workflows.
- Knowledge of security models, roles, and permissions in Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with external integrations, particularly with Microsoft Exchange (Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role based in Weehawken, NJ. While the work location is Weehawken, NJ, interviews may be conducted in person in Weehawken, NJ, or Plano, TX. The duration for this contract is expected to be 12+ months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
