Position Summary
Prosan USA is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Application Developer for a critical project based in New Jersey. This position is onsite, with remote options available exclusively for local candidates. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a deep mastery of the .NET framework and cloud technologies. A mandatory requirement for this role is an AWS Certification, as the project involves significant cloud integration and architecture. Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex .NET applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and scalability.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services, leveraging your certification to ensure best practices in cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and implement automated testing strategies to maintain code quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Ensure that all development activities comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in .NET application development.
- Mandatory AWS Certification (Associate or Professional level).
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including JavaScript and modern frameworks.
- Proven experience with SQL Server and other database technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
