Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Technical (.NET) Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for leading technical initiatives, accelerating development, and modernizing legacy applications using AI Tools, with a preference for Augment Code. The ideal candidate will not only lead but also actively contribute to development, code reviews, and architecture decisions, leveraging strong expertise in .NET technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using .NET / .NET Core / C#.
- Actively contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and solution design.
- Drive engineering excellence and mentor junior developers on modern coding practices.
- Leverage AI tools across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Collaborate effectively with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET).
- Hands-on experience using Augment Code or similar AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, and modernization.
- Strong experience in enterprise application development and legacy modernization.
- Proficiency in microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows within development teams.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modernization programs.
Location & Contract Details:
- Locations: Tampa, FL / Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
- Project Duration: Long term Contract.
- Preference for local candidates in Florida (FL) and North Carolina (NC).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $70 per year (Estimated)
