Job Description: Senior .NET Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with extensive experience in SDLC and Blazor to join our client’s team in Austin, Texas. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring candidates to be local to Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software development and a proven track record of leading development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust enterprise-level applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, API, .NET Core).
- Lead and mentor development teams, including both full-time employees and contract developers.
- Oversee technical aspects of enterprise development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement solutions following Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate work accurately, and define resource needs.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies effectively.
- Implement ETL processes and work with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Communicate effectively with clients and design innovative solutions with team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarize with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Jenkins and Bit Bucket.
- Work with containerized applications.
- Contribute to technical leadership and strategic decision-making for development projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
- 12+ years of experience with Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 12+ years of strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, API, .NET Core).
- 10+ years of excellent, effective communication with customers and design ideas with teams, verbally & written.
- 5+ years of experience in estimating work with accurate timelines and resource requirements.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.
- 5+ years of proficiency in ETL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).
- 5+ years of proven experience leading both full-time and contract developers.
- 5+ years of familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Jenkins, Bit Bucket).
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Leadership role overseeing enterprise development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and TEA applications.
- 3+ years of experience with Blazor Server and Blazor WSM.
- Experience with containerized applications.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
