Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer – Enterprise Web Applications (Hybrid)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our direct client’s team. This role is hybrid, based in Columbia, South Carolina, and involves working on critical enterprise web applications, including the Child Care Services System (CCSS) and SC Voucher process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design and implement medium to large-scale software systems and components using .NET architectures.
- Develop data-driven applications utilizing MS SQL Server.
- Build robust web-based software systems, employing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly-scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and support for the Early Care and Education systems.
- Maintain and update legacy applications, integrating them into the larger Child Care Services System (CCSS) development.
- Serve as a developer in relation to Child Care Licensing.
- Support the migration of the SC Voucher process into CCSS.
- Provide ongoing support for current applications and assist in planning and integrating SC Voucher and CACFP functions into CCSS.
- Participate in the development efforts for the Child Care Services System.
- Act as a back-up to the lead developer, responsible for designing and implementing processes and functions into CCSS.
- Modify all SC Voucher system components and provide ongoing support for any needed changes and break/fix support for daily use.
- Perform code development, unit testing, source code management, build management, integration testing, and deployment.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience independently designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems and components using .NET architectures.
- 3+ years of experience developing data-driven applications utilizing MS SQL Server.
- 3+ years of experience building web-based software systems, utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly-scalable approaches, and complex security models/implementations.
- 2+ years of knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and at least two application, database, messaging, or web server systems.
- 2+ years of successful design and implementation of multiple software components and subsystems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Human Services (CAPSS) software development.
- Experience with Agile software development is a plus.
- Experience with performance, security, and regression testing tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Only local candidates to South Carolina will be considered.
- Must submit Local DL or any alternate resident proof.
- Need State/public sector experience.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
