Job Summary:
Seeking a highly hands-on Senior Technical Lead with extensive experience in .NET technologies and a strong ability to leverage AI Tools, particularly Augment Code, to accelerate development and modernize legacy applications. This role is crucial for leading technical initiatives while actively contributing to coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions. The ideal candidate will drive engineering excellence and mentor other developers, ensuring the adoption of modern coding practices and AI-assisted development across the entire SDLC lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using .NET / .NET Core / C#.
- Utilize AI Tools, Augment Code, and Agentic AI capabilities for code generation, code conversion, modernization, and intelligent code review.
- Actively contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and solution design.
- Drive engineering excellence and mentor junior developers on modern coding practices and AI-assisted development.
- Leverage AI tools across the SDLC lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Collaborate effectively with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
- Implement CQRS patterns in application design and development.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET).
- Hands-on experience using Augment Code or similar AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, and modernization.
- Strong experience in enterprise application development and legacy modernization.
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using CQRS pattern.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI Tools / Augment Code and Agentic AI capabilities for code generation, code conversion, modernization, and intelligent code review.
- Proven ability to actively contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and solution design.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Technical Lead (.NET) who is highly hands-on in coding and experienced in leveraging AI Tools (Augment Code preferred) to accelerate development and modernize legacy applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows in development teams.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modernization programs.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
