Job Title: HBITS-07-14698 – Senior Oracle Architect/Developer

Duration: 24 months

Location: Albany, NY (Day 1 onsite)

Pay rate: $75/hr on C2C

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Architect/Developer to join our client’s team for a 24-month contract. The role requires a strong background in Oracle database development, design, and performance tuning. This is an onsite position in Albany, NY, with a Day 1 start.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database applications using tools such as SQL Plus, SQL Developer, and SQL Loader.
  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions.
  • Design and implement logical and physical database models, including indexes, primary keys, foreign keys, and constraints.
  • Perform performance tuning and debugging of PL/SQL code.
  • Utilize Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) techniques for data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database solutions meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • 84 Months Experience using Oracle development tools such as SQL Plus, SQL Developer, and SQL Loader for programming and maintaining applications.
  • 60 Months of Experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.
  • 48 Months Experience designing and implementing logical and physical database models, including indexes, primary keys, foreign keys, and constraints.
  • 48 months Experience optimizing, performance tuning, and debugging PL/SQL.
  • 24 months Experience performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) techniques.
