Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS R12 Technical Lead with a strong background in leading technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle R12 ERP solutions. This role requires close coordination with customers, functional teams, and offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle R12 ERP solutions.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, functional teams, and offshore teams.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
- Possess a strong understanding of Oracle B2B, EDI, and other integration technologies.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, APEX, and Workflow applications.
- Implement and manage ECC dashboards for enhanced visibility and analytics.
- Provide strong functional understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) modules.
- Ensure good communication and customer-facing skills for effective stakeholder management.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) modules.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL for developing RICE components.
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, APEX, and Workflow.
- Familiarity with Oracle B2B, EDI, and other integration methods.
- Experience with ECC dashboards.
Experience Requirements:
- 15+ years of overall experience in Oracle EBS R12.
- Proven experience in leading technical aspects of Oracle EBS implementations.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
