Role Overview
iTech US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HFM Techno-Functional Developer to join our dynamic team in Plano, TX. This hybrid role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical system configurations. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications, ensuring that our financial consolidation and reporting processes are robust, accurate, and efficient. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the functional aspects of financial accounting and the technical intricacies of the Oracle Hyperion suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HFM applications to support global financial consolidation and reporting processes.
- Expertly manage HFM Rule Files and VB Script rule files to implement complex business logic and calculations.
- Collaborate closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize HFM business rules, data forms, and metadata to ensure peak performance and data integrity.
- Utilize Hyperion Financial Web Reporting Studio to create sophisticated, high-impact financial reports.
- Develop and update Hyperion Financial Reports (HFR) to meet evolving regulatory and internal management standards.
- Leverage Oracle Smart View, including Function-Based Smart View and VB Macro automation, for advanced data analysis and user productivity.
- Integrate HFM with other enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP), Essbase, and data warehouses using FDMEE and Jython scripting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all HFM configurations, processes, and technical solutions.
- Lead unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Provide high-level support and training to end-users and finance teams on HFM functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
- Manage outbound integrations to Planning and Essbase environments to ensure data consistency across the EPM landscape.
- Handle inbound integrations from SAP text files and other sources using FDMEE and custom scripting.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive professional experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Proficiency in VB Scripting and HFM Rule File development is mandatory.
- Strong background in Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR) and Oracle Smart View.
- Experience with FDMEE, Jython Scripting, and SAP data integrations.
- Familiarity with project management and service tools like Jira and Service Now.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
