Position: Senior Pega Developer (Lead System Architect)
Tek Inspirations is currently looking for a Senior Pega Developer who holds a Lead System Architect (LSA) certification to join our team for a high-impact project in Sunnyvale, California. This role is designed for a technical leader who can take full ownership of end-to-end delivery within a complex Pega environment. The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days of onsite presence per week at our Sunnyvale facility. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Pega expert to influence the architectural direction of enterprise-scale applications in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), focusing on Case Management, Security, and Integration.
- Act as the Lead System Architect for the project, providing technical guidance and ensuring that all development adheres to Pega best practices and guardrails.
- Lead the design of complex integration strategies using SOAP, REST, and Email Listeners to connect Pega with external enterprise systems.
- Drive the adoption of Pega 8.x features, including the use of Data Pages, Decision Rules, and advanced Activities to optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces using Pega UI and Constellation features, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Manage the CI/CD pipeline for Pega applications, working closely with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes using tools like Pega Deployment Manager.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
- Participate in architectural review boards to ensure alignment with broader enterprise IT strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 10 years of professional experience in Pega development and system architecture.
- Mandatory Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA), with at least Part 1 completed. Candidates must provide a link to their certification for verification.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Pega 8.x and above, with a deep understanding of the platform’s latest capabilities.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Pega frameworks such as Pega Cloud, Pega BPM, or Pega CRM.
- Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong LinkedIn profile that demonstrates a consistent career trajectory and professional engagement within the Pega community.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $170,000 – $235,000 per year (Estimated)
