Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Security Administrator for a long-term contract engagement (12+ months) in Long Island, NY. This is an onsite position requiring a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) environments. The successful candidate will lead the security architecture, implementation, and maintenance for a complex enterprise system, ensuring data integrity and compliance across all modules.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain PeopleSoft Security definitions including User Profiles, Roles, and Permission Lists.
- Implement and troubleshoot Row-Level Security, Dynamic Security, and Structure & Content Security.
- Oversee Application and Project Security, Department Tree Security, and PeopleTools Security.
- Configure and maintain security for Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.
- Manage security for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules at multiple access levels.
- Utilize PHIRE for version control and JIRA for comprehensive ticket tracking and project management.
- Migrate security objects and projects across multiple environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD).
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for security-related issues and recommend architectural improvements.
Technical Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM versions 9.1 and 9.2.
- 5+ years of specialized expertise in PeopleSoft Security administration.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid Security.
- Good working knowledge of Oracle 19c or higher databases.
- Proficiency in configuring User Preferences and Process Group/Query Security.
- Ability to document technical processes and security configurations clearly.
Soft Skills and Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can take full ownership of deliverables and lead initiatives from end-to-end. A LinkedIn ID is required for the application process. Compensation & Location
Salary: $155,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
