Position Summary: Senior Power Platform Developer
Dia Software Solutions is looking for a seasoned Senior Power Platform Developer for a critical 5-month hybrid engagement in Austin, Texas. This role is designed for a technical expert with over 14 years of experience who can lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating complex business processes, migrating legacy content, and establishing robust governance frameworks to enhance organizational productivity.
Detailed Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Power Platform Innovation: Design and deploy sophisticated solutions using Power Automate and Power BI. You will be tasked with converting legacy PDF forms into dynamic Microsoft Forms, integrating them with automated flows to eliminate manual tasks.
- SharePoint Online Leadership: Plan and execute the development of a SharePoint Online intranet, including the creation of a HUB site. A major component of this role involves migrating content from Drupal (Version 10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online while maintaining data integrity.
- Process Automation: Build and test Power Automate Flows that incorporate complex approval routings, Outlook integrations, and SharePoint list synchronizations.
- Environment Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of SharePoint site collections, libraries, and lists. You will oversee security settings, permissions, and groups to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Act as a high-level escalation point for helpdesk tickets related to the Power Platform and SharePoint, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Mentorship and Governance: Provide technical guidance to junior developers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering end-user training and creating comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: At least 14 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint administration.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of custom workflows, data integration, and HTML/CSS for SharePoint design.
- Migration Expertise: Proven experience migrating content from CMS platforms like Drupal to Microsoft environments.
- Communication: Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online or Power Platform are highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $138,000 – $185,000 per year
