Position Summary
Staffxpert LLC is seeking a Senior Power Platform & SharePoint Consultant for a multi-year contract engagement in Austin, Texas. This onsite role is critical for an enterprise-level digital transformation project focused on modernizing collaboration tools and automating complex business processes. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards, to streamline organizational workflows.
- Lead the migration of legacy content from Drupal (v10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and optimal site architecture.
- Architect and manage SharePoint Online intranet and HUB sites, focusing on governance, security, and best-practice configurations.
- Redesign and convert existing PDF forms into dynamic Microsoft Forms, integrating them with automated approval processes.
- Provide high-level administration for SharePoint environments, including site creation, permission management, and library optimization.
- Act as a technical lead, providing mentorship to junior developers and guidance to stakeholders on platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot complex end-user issues and resolve helpdesk tickets related to M365 services.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and deliver training sessions to empower end-users.
Technical Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Power Platform and SharePoint Online. Proficiency in HTML/CSS is required for custom SharePoint design and branding. Experience with Drupal migrations is highly preferred. The role demands a deep understanding of enterprise governance and security standards within the Microsoft 365 environment. Strong communication skills are essential for gathering requirements from diverse business units and translating them into technical specifications.

This is a long-term, multi-year contract position based onsite in Austin, Texas. Compensation & Location
Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
