Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Systems (ERP / MES / QMS)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Enterprise Systems, including ERP, MES, and QMS, within the Oil & Gas domain. This is a critical onsite role requiring strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage complex enterprise system projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Ensure successful implementation of ERP, MES, and QMS solutions.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver expected value.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Mentor and guide project team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and ensure timely resolution.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Domain Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry and its specific requirements for ERP, MES, and QMS systems.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale enterprise system projects.
• Extensive experience with ERP, MES, and QMS systems.
• Significant experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
