About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project/Program Manager to lead critical transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess over 25 years of IT industry experience, with at least 15 years in Project/Service Management and 3+ years in Program Management. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a strong understanding of project management methodologies like PRINCE2 or equivalent, with ITIL Foundation v3 certification being preferred. You will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation initiatives, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large transformation programs with multiple workstreams and direct reports.
- Produce automated executive dashboards and status reporting.
- Demonstrate strong customer-facing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exhibit a calm, level-headed, and positive approach under pressure.
- Act as a creative problem solver with a customer-focused, strategic mindset.
- Achieve business-level proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Utilize MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint proficiently.
- Operate independently in unstructured environments, capable of multitasking.
- Provide strong leadership across global, multi-timezone teams.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Operate comfortably under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios.
- Function effectively as a self-starter in both team and independent roles.
- Address senior leadership confidently during critical incidents.
- Manage formal change control processes.
- Possess a solid understanding of testing strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Manage large teams of both technical and non-technical consultants.
- Deliver across diverse verticals and vendor ecosystems.
- Preferred: Hold ITIL Foundation v3 certification, possess global security deployment experience, and knowledge of security frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering large unified communications, managed services, and mobility solutions.
- Demonstrate a background in service management delivery.
- Work within the service provider organization’s PM framework and best practices.
- Proactively resolve issues impacting scope, schedule, cost, or quality while managing shifting organizational and customer priorities.
- Maintain formal project documentation and prepare executive-level summaries.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery for customer programs.
- Direct architectural design, engineering activities, change control, and operational acceptance to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of required documentation and strong coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, migration plans, and risks/issues/actions logs; communicate status and actions broadly.
- Provide daily direction to Security and Network teams in alignment with the project plan.
- Facilitate forums for complex technical discussions; document outcomes, minutes, actions, and distribute appropriately.
- Demonstrate extensive experience delivering global security and/or network deployments.
Qualifications:
- 25+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- 15+ years as a Project Manager / Service Manager.
- 3+ years as a Program Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or B.A.).
- PRINCE2 (or equivalent PM certification).
- Preferred: ITIL Foundation v3 Certification.
- Fluent in English and business-level proficiency in one of the following: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
