Job Summary:
Softcom Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with expertise in Generative AI for an urgent requirement. This role involves working on cutting-edge AI solutions, integrating them with existing systems, and ensuring production-grade delivery. The position requires a strong background in Python, AI/ML, and data engineering principles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models using Python.
- Implement Hybrid RAG and Natural Language Query (NLQ) interfaces.
- Integrate AI solutions with Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and other internal/external APIs.
- Manage and optimize data pipelines and data ingestion processes.
- Ensure seamless data transfer and work with structured and semi-structured data (ETL/analysis).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Utilize DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/TeamCity) and Git.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize AI solutions in production.
- Contribute to data modeling and performance tuning efforts.
- Work with data science and compute environments like Kubernetes.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Hybrid RAG and Natural Language Query (NLQ).
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.
- Experience with integrations and data ingestion from Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and APIs.
- Skilled in monitoring, debugging, and optimizing data pipelines/data flows.
- Experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and working with structured & semi-structured data (ETL/analysis).
- Exposure to data science and compute environments like Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- Experience with Git and CI tools (Jenkins/TeamCity).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Python, Hybrid RAG, NLQ Interface.
- Wealth Management and Contact Center experience.
Location:
Alpharetta, GA and NYC, NY (Day 1 Onsite, 5 days a week)
