Job Description
We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with strong payroll domain expertise for a hybrid role in Clearwater, FL. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with C2C allowed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual QA, with automation experience being a plus.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong payroll domain expertise, including Payroll Processing, HR, and PEO applications (backend processing).
- Senior-level manual QA experience; automation experience is a plus.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and Postman.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Multiclient experience is strongly preferred.
- Accounting testing experience is acceptable. Banking testing experience is not.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Agile mindset.
- Senior QA background.
- Deep Payroll / PEO expertise.
- Comfortable supporting both manual and automated testing efforts.
Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $50 per year
