Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on testing, particularly with Oracle Cloud ERP/CPQ. This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end CRM/ERP processes and proven experience in test planning, test case management, and execution across various testing phases including SIT, E2E, and UAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the quality assurance process for our Oracle Cloud ERP/CPQ implementations.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, technical teams, and business leads to ensure thorough test coverage and defect resolution.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution using tools like Jira and Zephyr.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new applications and modules as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Senior QA Lead or in a similar senior testing role.
- Extensive hands-on testing experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/CPQ.
- Strong understanding of E2E CRM/ERP process flows.
- Demonstrated experience in test planning, test case management, and test execution (SIT, E2E, UAT).
- Proficiency with defect tracking tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in the Digital Reality domain.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position located in Dallas, TX, requiring a balance of onsite and remote work. The work address is 2323 Bryan Street, Dallas, TX 75201.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
